Obama's 'Thanks may I have another" approach to cyber security

Walter Russell Mead:
Not since James Buchanan has an American president presided so passively and so ineffectively over such disasters for national security as President Obama. His administration's pathetic record on cybersecurity will damage his standing forever #NSA.
He links to a NY Times piece on security breaches and spilled secrets at the NSA.  Obama was more upset about DNC emails being leaked than he was about Clinton's reckless handling of the nation's secret or the losing top secret code which led to further cyber attacks.  Then there was also the OPM breach on his watch which was much more serious than DNC emails which were not even classified.
