Some governors do not want the responsibility for managing government healthcare

I am of the opinion that almost anything is better than Obamacare, so I am open to this proposal. Obamacare has made healthcare unaffordable for those in the indiviual market. From truck drivers to single moms it has been a disaster. The only people who have benefited from it are those who were added to Medicaid, and they are faced with a shrinking pool of providers.
Texas has always been a state that has pushed for block grants that would allow it flexibility in deciding the best way to proved healthcare for those on Medicaid. Apparently some states would still like the excuse of being able to say to voters that the feds are making us do this dumb stuff.G.O.P. Leaders Defy Bipartisan Calls to Reject Health Bill
