New sanctions on North Korea focus on businesses that do trade with it and those that facilitate the trade

NY Times:

Trump Moves to Widen Sanctions Against North Korea

With a new executive order, President Trump is expanding efforts to constrict North Korea’s trade with the world.
It is similar to some of the sanctions the US urged on the UN, but it avoids cutting off all trade with China and Russia.  It is much more focused on the people doing the actual trading.

Trump's "Rocket Man" label on the North Korean leader appears to have been embraced by many at the UN.
