California could learn from Rick Perry

Stephen Frank:
Gov. Perry should be proud of his good work on behalf of the people of Texas—and the people of California. In January Texas GREW 30,000 new jobs. In February, California LOST 31,000 jobs. The people of California move to Texas and most get a 10% pay raise—due to lack of income tax. The companies get a 10% rise in profits, due to lack of State corporate tax. It is win-win in Texas and lose-lose in California.

While Texas is looking for ways to bring jobs to the State, California is looking to take away water from farmers, make it more difficult for concrete manufacturers, making sure our government schools continue to fail and more laws being developed that will force companies to provide more useless information to government. Can we write in Rick Perry for California Governor?
...
Frank writes for Capolitical News in California.  This is not usually the way most of the California media covers Perry's visits which they describe as poaching.  I like the way he puts facts in perspective.
